This crusher designed to reduce large rock into small size, Its so easy operation so that the material feed in hopper, crushing by impact then progressivelly down ward to the bottom replacable lining, finish particle size reach out approx. -5mm.
Crushing devices hold material between two parrarel / tangent solid surface,the hardeness steel is use for both fixed and movable jaw faces.
The ineertia to crush the material is provide by weighted flywheel / big pulley that moves a shaft creating an eccentric motion that cause the closing of the adjustable gap 0–20mm
